At meals, preference is given to tasty dishes, without fuss, in harmony with the seasons and using local produce. Vincent prepares authentic recipes, healthy, using quality farm produce of which we know the provenance.

Quiche, stewed or braised dishes, suckling pig’s haunch prepared with coarse mustard, farm soups, fresh lettuce from the garden, cheese platters of local farm cheeses, deserts of yesteryear, apple or rhubarb pie, caramelised pears from our orchard, not forgetting the little blackberry “pecket” (a local gin) to finish the meal…the table at La Ferme de Durbuy has as only claim that of sharing the joy of a good meal, of an unforgettable banquet or of a…picnic.
